• Custom/engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged unless damaged.
• Approval of design proofs signifies acceptance of the final product.
• Governed by our separate Shipping Policy. Delays by carriers/customs are not our responsibility.
• Unworn, undamaged items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Final sale items excluded: Custom pieces, earrings (hygiene), sale items.
• Customer pays return shipping; refunds issued within 5 business days after inspection.
• Damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours with photos/proof.
• All website content (logos, designs, text) is owned by ARTISANGD and protected by copyright.
